Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the shipment has not been dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only

• For damaged or incorrect products.
• If cancellation is approved within the eligible period.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable Items

• Products opened or used
• Customized packaging orders
• International shipments unless damaged on arrival
